Hello everyone, herr director hither. Just wanted to say that I really like this movie. It’s an odd bug for sure, in many ways spectacularly conventional, and its pleasures (while, for me, many) are often quiet, in-between, tangential. There’s a loose and primitive quality to the direction that is certainly not for everyone; it’s no real wonder that we haven’t found a screener yet – we’ve shot optimistically high thus far, to the point of Snoot & Dreamer. But we have now begun sending simply to those fests we feel humanly good about, and think we might enjoy attending, including wonderful places never spoken of in Hollywood. Places with trees more than three minutes old, for example. I remain cautiously confident that we will before TOO long have the pleasure of announcing a Screening Near You, or near someone you know, or know of. Twill be fun.
